We’re based in Auckland, New Zealand, however we don’t have a public store to pickup from.

WHAT IS THIS STORE’S RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY?

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you do not want the product you’ve receive you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Delivery times can take from 1 to 4 weeks with 2 weeks being our average. It varies depending on what item you purchased and NZ stock availability. You can contact us for specific shipping times.

I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY PART OF MY SHIPMENT, WHERE ARE THE OTHER ITEMS?
We ship from different locations so some items may arrive earlier than others. If you’d like to know the status of your other items, please use the Contact Us form with your name and order number.

WHAT ABOUT POSSIBLE CUSTOMS FEES?
Most items will not be subject to customs fees, however we are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing from our site, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may be subject to customs fees when they arrive in New Zealand. WILL THIS ITEM GET TO ME BEFORE _?
If you plan to give one of our items as a gift, we recommend buying the items at least 4 weeks before the occasion. There is a risk that the item will not arrive on time. We are not responsible for items that do not arrive before the occasion.
